Signing of Memorandum of Understanding Between Telekom Applied Business Sdn Bhd and Telogic Sdn Bhd

Telogic, Aug 13, 2003--Telekom Applied Business Bhd (TAB) and Telogic Sdn Bhd (Telogic) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to initiate the partnership in providing the Telecommunications Network Monitoring and Management Solution as well as various Mobile/Fixed Value Added Services (VAS) on 13 August 2003.

Telogic is a premier solution provider and distributor in telecommunication industry. As part of the MoU, TAB and Telogic have agreed to start working on specific projects, initiated with Telecoms Network Management (TNM) & Monitoring System, Optimal Routing Solution, Ring Back Tone Solution and World Wide Short Code Solution, in preparation to enter into a long term relationship. Telogic also plans to co-operate with TAB in the development and marketing of its various product and solution to fixed and mobile operators as part of TAB's business or network rollout consulting and service proposition.

"With this partnership, we believe that Telogic and TAB are able to leverage on each other's strength to develop and market the various solutions into local telcos", says Low Kim Seng, Director of Telogic, "Being a company with vast experience in the telecommunications arena, Telogic will be able to provide the necessary skill transfer in assisting TAB to roll out the various solutions with a shorter time-to-market".

In the agreement, Telogic will also provide training to TAB as part of the skill transfer process through formal training and project deployment.
