ImageStream Appoints Telogic as Asia Pacific Distributor
ImageStream Internet Solutions has appointed Telogic Pte Ltd as an Asia Pacific distributor for its Linux switches, routers, and WAN cards. ImageStream chose Telogic as a part of its initiative to expand
international distribution in 2002.
ImageStream, May 20, 2002--Telogic is a telecommunications solution provider and distributor with headquarters in Singapore, and offices in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. As a part of the agreement, ImageStream has given Telogic the exclusive right to distribute its products to customers and resellers in Singapore. In addition, Telogic plans to develop sales and act as a distributor of ImageStream products in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and China.
According to ImageStream officials, the Telogic team has developed a strong plan to promote ImageStream products in the Asia Pacific region. The preliminary plan includes the development of new press releases, attendance at regional trade shows, and the translation of manuals and promotional materials. Over time, Telogic also plans to develop training seminars and advertising to promote ImageStream products in the region.
