The principal job function of the Software Engineer
is to develop telecom-related software applications
and also provide technical support to Telogic's worldwide
customer base. He/She shall be developing applications
on voice switching, database, messaging and computer
telephony. He/She needs to be proficient in C/C++
and one or more other programming languages, such
as Visual Basic, Delphi, Java, Perl and Corba. Technical

Technical Support Engineer
Provide after-sales technical support for our telecommunications
systems. He/She will be the first line technical support
to our worldwide customer base. His/Her responsibilities
include installing, configuring and testing one or
more systems, providing user training, problem troubleshooting,

to aggressively sell, manage and expand its range
of distribution products and build long-term relationships
with key end user customers as well as network of
resellers. This is a hands-on role which will encompass
technical pre-sales, account development/management,
