bcgi and Telogic to Offer Mobile Payment and Access Control Services

Bedford, MA - May 17, 2006 -- bcgi (NASDAQ: BCGI), a leading provider of products and solutions that enable mobile operators and MVNOs worldwide to differentiate their offerings and increase market penetration while reducing costs, and Telogic, a leading telecommunications solutions provider, have formed an alliance to offer efficient and easy-to-deploy payment and access control solutions to mobile operators in Asia. Through this new relationship, Telogic will act as a channel partner, reselling bcgi’s Payment Manager and Mobile Guardian® to operators in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China and other underserved Asian markets.
